Put the final touches: Now that that the intricate (and not-so-intricate) jobs are there, there are some final steps needed to get your bike road ready. For our project we:

  1. Fit the seat post and seat if you dont have a seat and seat post, you will have to measure the diameter of the sear tube and then go through the job of searching for the appropriate seat post and seat

  2. Fit Handle bar grips we bought this new from Scott USA for obvious reasons (colour coordinated)
  3. Conduct a final (and thorough) inspection of the entire bike while it is still on the stand
  4. Unwrap the protective cover
